The following describes our privacy policy and our commitment to protect your personal information and how we collect, use and disclose your personal information, the steps we have taken to ensure that your personal information is secure and your choices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. Information Collection for the Site. QuickPlay collects information from you at several different points and in different ways on this Site in order to provide you with support and with a meaningful Site experience, such as finding information on the Site or accessed through the Site.
a) For Support: This Site provides a form for you to submit to us by email any questions that you may have about the QuickPlayer Service and the QuickPlayer Application that you have downloaded onto your BlackBerry device. The information in the form that we ask you to fill out is for the sole purpose of providing you with support and for no other purpose. We do not sell, rent, license or otherwise disclose any of this specific personal information to any third parties, except to out third party billing partners to assist in support and subscription issues, and if we are required to disclose such information in response to a valid court order or if the QuickPlay is otherwise required to disclose such information by law, including without limitation, in response to investigations conducted by law enforcement agencies.
b) Using this Site. We may collect aggregated site-visitation statistical information through "cookies" and other technologies, such as clear GIF technology which is also known as a "web beacon". We use these technologies to assist in speed, navigation, access and Site usage tracking. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that may be stored in your browser or your hard drive. You may be able to set your browser to not accept cookies, however, this may diminish your use of this Site. "Web beacons" assist in delivering cookies and help QuickPlay determine whether a web page on this Site has been viewed and, if so, how many times. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE OF QUICKPLAYER SERVICE AND THE QUICKPLAYER APPLICATION

When you sign up to receive content by ordering a subscription it will be necessary to transmit certain information from you, such as your email address and credit card information, in order to process your order, provide you with the content, provide any technical service or contact you. This information will be inputted by you into the Application, encrypted and provided to a third party billing intermediary in order to process your subscription. You represent that any and all information provided by you to QuickPlay for the purposes of using the Application shall be up-to-date, complete and accurate. You specifically acknowledge and consent by clicking on the "I ACCEPT AND CONSENT" button or by your completing the download, use of the Application and/or access to the content, to the collection and transmission of private information in order to ensure the transmission of your information to our third party billing service provider, to provide adequate technical service and to respond to any billing inquiries, to ensure payment and access to the content. Any information collected and distributed on an individual basis is only for aforementioned purposes only. QuickPlay does reserve the right, however, to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics, in order to improve the design and navigation of the Application and to gather marketing information to improve the quality of the Application and access to content. Only aggregated data from these analyses is used for these purposes.
DATA SECURITY
This Site incorporates various physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. QuickPlay uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and also takes several steps to protect your personal information facilities controlled by QuickPlay. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information. Finally, the servers where the QuickPlay stores your personal information are kept in a secure environment, behind an electronic firewall.
